How to play
Play Nestfence free online
Nestfence is a free online territory puzzle starring a baby dinosaur in a meadow at dusk. Swipe to run along the turf, then cut into wild ground to draw a vine back to safety, and the larger part holding the thieves stays wild while the rest becomes yours. It plays in the browser on phone or computer, with no sign-in. Six meadows make a run, so you can finish a full game in a short sitting.
How to play Nestfence
- Swipe anywhere to run the baby dino over the green turf. Swipe into the wild ground to stake a vine, keep dragging to turn, and reach turf again to close it. The wild ground is split in two: the side with fewer egg thieves turns to turf and is yours.
- Fill the bar up to the goal marker to make the meadow safe. Eggs inside new turf count extra. If a thief touches the vine or the dino, the vine is cut and you lose one of three hearts. Shorter vines are safer. Make all six meadows safe to win.
- HINT glows a good line for you: 2 free per game.
Nestfence tips
- Draw a vine that cuts off the side with fewer thieves, since you keep the area without most of them.
- Wrap a speckled egg inside new turf to save it for bonus points and extra meadow.
- Never run onto your own vine while drawing, because that cuts it and costs a heart.
Nestfence questions
- Who wins the land when I close a vine?
- The side with fewer egg thieves becomes turf. If both sides hold the same number, the smaller side is yours. Thieves caught inside new turf are sent back to the wild ground.
- What cuts my vine?
- Only a thief touching the vine or the dino while you are drawing. On turf you are always safe, and you cannot turn back onto your own vine.
- How long does a game last?
- Usually one to four minutes. It ends when all six meadows are safe or the third heart is gone.
