These terms cover this website and the games published by TruePlumb.Dev (“we”), wherever you play them. By playing, you agree to them.
Playing the games
The games are free for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may change, pause or remove a game at any time.
What belongs to us
The games, their code, art, music, sounds and names belong to TruePlumb.Dev. All rights are reserved. Playing a game does not give you any ownership of it.
What you may not do
- Copy, resell or republish a game or its files.
- Take or reuse a game’s art, sound, music or code.
- Show a game inside a frame on another website.
- Reverse engineer a game, or cheat in a way that spoils the experience for others.
Linking to our game pages is welcome.
Your results and data
What we collect, and how to say no, is in the Privacy Policy (section “Anonymous game results”).
No warranty
The games are provided “as is”, without promises that they will always work or be free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from playing them.
Copyright notices
If you think something on this site or in one of our games copies your work, email support@trueplumb.dev with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:
- What the work is, and where it is published.
- Where you saw it on our site or in our game (a web address or the game name).
- Your name, and an email address or phone number where we can reach you.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and that you are the owner of the work or allowed to act for the owner.
- Your signature (a typed full name is fine).
We review each notice and remove content we find to be infringing. If we remove something, the person who published it may reply with a counter-notice, and we may pass your contact details on to them.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the new terms.
